Blast from the Past!

I was clearing out my papers today in preperation for the Tax Man and came across this tucked away at the back of the drawer.

I did this on holiday in Malta with my daughters. I took the challenge of only three colours and tried to paint with them. Can't remember in detail what the colours were, but it was a yellow, a blue and Paynes Grey

I remember the sketch by Da Vinci (top image) which was the inspiration for it. it was called Decorative Design for Hollow Boxes c1492 and was part of the Da Vinci exhibition in the South Bank in 1989 sponsored by IBM
